We are providing TELEHEALTH (online/virtual) visits, in addition to regular office visits. Almost all insurance companies (private and Medicaid) cover these therapy, medication, and psychological testing visits with the same cost share (copays, deductibles, or coinsurance) as in-person visits. These online visits are convenient, safe, effective, and easy to navigate.
Virtual (Online) visits are a convenient way for Providers for Healthy Living to see patients online while providing the same care as an in-office visit. Our virtual platforms (doxy.me and Google Meets) are safe and easy to use, HIPAA-compliant, and convenient. Click here for instructions for using doxy.me (our primary platform). 1. The “Consent for Online/Virtual Mental Health Treatment” form MUST be completed before your first virtual visit by selecting this link:

2. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurances are still due at the time of service. Visit PAYPAL to make a payment. When making a payment, list the PATIENT NAME and DATE OF SERVICE. *You are not required to have an account with PayPal to make a payment.

Before ALL appointments, it would be helpful if patients/parents could go to https://psychology-tools.com/ and complete the https://psychology-tools.com/test/phq-9 (PHQ-9 Depression Rating Scale) and https://psychology-tools.com/test/gad-7 (GAD-7 Anxiety Rating Scale). Make sure to print these test results for your clinician or write down the results and give them to your clinician during your upcoming appointment. Thanks!
